The CFG (“CFGâ€) respects the privacy rights of our members and visitors to our
site. We understand that your right to privacy is of the utmost importance. We
are strongly committed to the protection of our member’s and visitor’s personal
information online. By visiting this site, you are accepting the terms and
conditions in our privacy policy which appears below in detail.
THE CFG MEMBERSHIP
CFG has implemented a membership system, designed to offer users a more
rewarding and personalised membership experience. In order to obtain the full
advantages of your subscription, you are required to login as members each time
you visit the website. However, if you do not login, or are investors looking
for a financial solution, you are still able to access information, schedules
and products.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DETAILS

If you visit our site and do not login as a CFG member:
Whenever you visit our website, our servers automatically record information
about your usage of the website such as the time of the visit, its duration and
the pages you visit. This information is logged for statistical purposes only.
This is intended to help us to understand what parts of our website are widely
used and which areas may need development. The information we collect about you
remains anonymous, and we do not link it to any other personal information.
Therefore if you have not identified yourself on the site, the record of our
visit is not personally linked to you or your usage of our website.
If you login as a CFG member:
Once you have become a CFG member, we collect information about your visit in
order to provide you with the full benefits of your Membership. When you first
sign up for Membership, we collect information from you directly, and from time
to time thereafter we may also record information if you provide it to us.
Once you have logged on as a member, we keep a record of how you use the
website. This helps us to identify unauthorised access and security of our
members.
The CFG only collects information from your use of our website. We do not
collect information about you from other organisations or from websites other
than ours.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The CFG collects personal information that you voluntarily provide on this Web
site, which may include your name, address, e-mail address, etc. For example,
we collect personal information when you register to receive certain CFG
services or products. We use this information to communicate with you and
provide you with your requested service or product. If you provide your consent
at the time, your personal information is collected via this Web site, and we
may also send you our news on services or up and coming events in the interest
of serving you. You may instruct us at any time that you do not wish to receive

correct and current. If you are a CFG member you can review and edit your
personal information by accessing the personal information area of the member
pages.
At the personal information page you can:
• View and edit personal information you have already given
• Change your current password
• Tell us whether you want The CFG to send you marketing information.
If you are unable to access your information through the website you can review
and edit your personal information by contacting one of our Customer Service
representatives Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and 5:00
p.m. EST on 1300 65 90 90 and for our New Zealand clients 0800 55 00 22.
ACCURACY AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any personal information you provide to The CFG is kept on our servers.
Although CFG cannot guarantee the security of our data, we use our reasonable
endeavours to:

• Ensure the integrity of the personal information.
To help us protect your privacy, you are advised to maintain the secrecy of
your Username and Password that have been set up for the service we provide
within this Web site.

The CFG may provide links to third-party Web sites. The CFG does not have
control of these third-party sites and is not responsible for any personal
information you may provide while on such sites or material published on such
sites. We advise you to read the privacy policies on those Web sites before

THE USE OF COOKIES
When someone visits the CFG site, a cookie is placed on the customer's machine
(if the customer accepts cookies) or is read from the machine if the customer
has visited the site previously. If you choose to set your browser to not
accept cookies from The CFG Web site, you will be able to view the public
pages; however you will not be able to access the member services.
Cookies are a small piece of text placed on your hard drive, and are stored
once when you login to our website. Our cookies contain only a unique number
and are valid only for a short period whilst you are logged in. When the tick
box is ticked at the login screen these cookies also remember your Username and
Passwords and store them for future visits.
